A Summer week-end in the nature of Brandenburg. Together we will deepen Asana, Pranayama and nutrition knowledge around the ability to ignite.
A Yoga retreat based on the element of Fire, we focus on physical strength, digestive awareness and ability to transform. A journey to find your core power and develop your boundaries in a mindful and respectful environment.
Our plant-based cook, will take care of healthy vegan meals and offer a workshop around metabolization processes, fermentation and the art of kombucha brewing.
Along with the teachings you can enjoy some you-time, restorative sleep, Sauna and chilling.

The Teachers
Orsi
Orsola Carraro is a certified Pranayoga Method® practitioner and teacher of Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and fasting. As a yoga teacher, Orsi prioritizes the deepening of your personal body research. She will guide you into your physical potential; supported by self-respect, internal awareness and regular dedication. As a pranayama and breath work coach, Orsi is committed to spreading the art of breathing together with the personal transformative and creative power it carries.
In this retreat, Orsi will share with you active, strengthening flows, Solar Plexus Practice, Chakra theory and she will deepen your pranayama potential in both activating and calming directions.
Yoga Qualifications:
-700 Hrs YTT - Pranayoga Method® Hatha & Pranayama
-100 Hrs Pranayama, Sattvic Diet e fasting
-50 Hrs Yoga Therapy for the digestive system
-50 Hrs Yoga Nidra Teacher training
Alice - Alu
Alice Rossi is a passionate cook, baker, and culinary workshop instructor, specializing in plant-based, probiotic-rich recipes.
Her culinary philosophy revolves around creating dishes that strike a balance between being healthy, satisfying, and tasty. The emphasis in her approach is on informed choices that focus on individual body needs rather than on restrictions.
Rooted in the Mediterranean gastronomic heritage, but constantly inspired by diverse culinary traditions, cooking, for Alice, is a daily therapeutic and mindful practice.
During this retreat, Alice will prepare delicious seasonal vegan meals with a special focus on the gut-microbiome health, digestion and vitality; and will guide you through the process of Kombucha making with a dedicated workshop, exploring the benefits of fermentation.

The honest ecological construction in the Naturhaus Schorfheide creates a luxurious ambience, which can do without superficial decorations. Sleeping is in simple small bedrooms with farmhouse charm, community can unfold in bright high rooms that let nature in. You will be invited again and again to connect with your own nature, your potential.
