After completing the M.Sc in Architecture, I dedicated a few years to work in this field, finding passion for interior and installation design. Passioned for how the body lives and feels the space, as I deepened my personal yoga practice, my work naturally evolved. I found a new research into the body spaces and bodies relationship with space.
Through the Yoga Teacher Training of the Pranayoga Method® I have expanded my knowledge in the philosophy, practise and history of Yoga.
Yoga Therapy helped me merge digestive system awareness and fasting practices into my teachings.
With attention to detail, I integrate direction, space and geometry with formal Asana practise, this is balanced with constant, curious research drawn from the practise of visualisation.
